The designer is responsible for generating the total system design to meet the client's wants and budget. They create all of the documentation for the project and have thorough knowledge of A/V equipment, audio and video signals, construction methods and building codes. The designer will be in direct communication with management, sales staff, programmers, and project managers.
The project manager is responsible to direct and schedule technicians and installers, place product orders, and make sure each project stays on time and on budget. The project manager will work directly with the sales staff to keep up to date on current and upcoming projects. They will also communicate directly with the customer to track questions, change orders, construction issues, etc.
The programmer is directly responsible for programming all aspects of our projects which consist mostly of RTI and AMX control systems. The programmer will create the user interface and instruct the client on the operation of the completed system. The programmer will also thoroughly test and troubleshoot complex systems and will communicate with the clients, project managers, and designers.
The technician will be responsible for installing and completing all aspects of our projects. They must understand signal flow, A/V equipment, wiring, construction methods and building codes, and possess the ability to efficiently troubleshoot complex systems. The technician must be able to work independently and possess time management skills while communicating with customers, sales staff, and project managers.
The installer must possess basic knowledge of low voltage wiring and be self motivated with the desire to learn. The installers work directly with the project managers and technicians.
An Account Executive for In-Focus Systems will spend their time with Builders, Architects and homeowners defining our services and products. They should be familiar with electronics, security, lighting, and audio video. Sales experience to the building industry is preferred.
