For this recent luxury lower-level addition and remodel with Expert Level Remodeling, the centerpiece was a fully integrated golf simulator experience developed in collaboration with All Seasons Golf. But the simulator was only one part of a much larger, fully orchestrated entertainment environment.
In addition to supporting the simulator’s network and AV backbone, our team designed and implemented layered lighting throughout the space, including architectural accent lighting in the wine room, retrofitted lighting enhancements in the custom bar area, and integrated motorized shading to manage glare and ambient light within the simulator bay. Each system was engineered to work together seamlessly, allowing the homeowner to shift from “Golf Mode” to “Game Day” to an intimate wine-tasting setting with a single touch.
This project marked our first opportunity to work alongside Expert Level Remodeling, and it immediately demonstrated what strong trade alignment can accomplish.
